WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Thorn Clthng, LLC was started in 1999. We built our brand under the concept of using our skills to help others. We want to walk into someones life and give them hope of something better. We have donated proceeds from our sales over the last 10 years to various humanitarian companies both here in the US and abroad. We have helped raise money for a child with Leukemia, provided clothing to the homeless in Bakersfield, CA, and likewise to a number of Salvation Armys in California. Our latest ventures have been bigger scale. We've raised money for a village in Ecuador, where we provided the purchase of school supplies for the children there. Our new mission, along with local homeless aid, will be funding the drilling, maintenance, and repair or water wells in underdeveloped areas. We also will fund the production and distribution of BioSandFilters (BSF)s. Our primary focus will be Zambia, Central Africa. With our help, SOHIP (the organization that we partner with) and the help of those who join us, we believe we can impact lives and Sew Hope to those who have none.Our idea is easy, Every purchase helps someone in need. Our statement is clear, fashion sewing hope. And our hearts goal is that by 1 item at a time we will quench the thirst of 1 person at a time.Thank you for reading,Jake Sherley, XLXL
